This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Spotlight AI services.
One-Time Reports (Tier 1)
Due to the nature of digital reports that are generated and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds on one-time report purchases once the report has been delivered to you. Please review our service description carefully before purchasing.
Monthly Subscriptions (Tier 2 and above)
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. When you subscribe, you are committing to the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing period.
- Billing Cycle: If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but you will retain access through the end of your paid period.
