Spotlight AI provides AI visibility monitoring, analysis, and optimization services. We help businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI-generated responses across various platforms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Service Tiers and Pricing

We offer multiple service tiers with different features and pricing. Current pricing and features are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payment Terms

One-Time Purchases (Tier 1):

Payment is due at the time of purchase. No refunds are provided for one-time report purchases once the report has been delivered.

Subscriptions (Tier 2 and above):

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You are committed to the current billing period upon payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harm or defraud others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MY Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR VISIBILITY IN AI PLATFORMS WILL IMPROVE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI PLATFORMS ARE CONTROLLED BY THIRD PARTIES, AND THEIR ALGORITHMS AND BEHAVIORS MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MY Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
